Baked Cubed Red Potatoes


 

Ingredients

5 small red potatoes
4 table spoons coconut oil or land of lakes butter
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp rosemary
Tony's seasoning to taste

Instructions

Wash, slice, and cube potatoes with skin. Place in baking dish; spinkle with Tony's and coconut oil. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
