CHICKEN POPPERS (Keto friendly)


 Keto diet friendly. Zero carbs. 

Ingredients

6 raw organic chicken strips
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 jalapeños (diced)
6 bacon strips 
Tony's seasoning 

Instructions

Gently flatten chicken strips with meat hammer. Season with Tony's seasoning on both sides. Spread about 1 tablespoon cream cheese on chicken strips and add a few diced jalapeños; roll up and wrap in a slice of bacon; secure with toothpick.

Place wraps in baking dish and add rest of cream cheese; cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes; check to see if done. If done place wraps on baking sheet to brown bacon then place back in baking dish with drippings from wraps.
