Keto friendly pizza. Whole pizza about 4 carbs.
Ingredients
CRUST:2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup almond flour
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 egg beaten
Pinch of salt
TOPPINGS:
1/4 cup pizza sauce
pepperoni
(or any other toppings you prefer)
shredded monzerella cheese
Instructions
CRUST:Place mozzarella and cream cheese in glass bowl; heat in microwave until melted, stir; quickly stir in almond flour, salt, and egg; stir quickly until it forms into a dough substance. Spray pizza pan with cooking spray and spread out with hands. Note: Coat your hands in oil while spreading – makes it much easier. Poke holes all over crust with fork.
Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees and bake until lightly browned; remove from oven and top with toppings.
TOPPINGS:
Pour pizza sauce onto top of crust and spread. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella; add pepperoni or any other preferred toppings. Top with the rest of the mozzarella.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
