Protein Frozen Dessert or Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (use pasteurized if possible)
  • ½ cup organic cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple sryup
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 4 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups whole milk (optional: replace 1 cup with unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Whisk in evaporated milk, condensed milk, yogurt, milks, collagen, and vanilla
  3. Chill 1–2 hours.
  4. Freeze in ice cream maker or freeze and stir every 30–45 minutes until creamy.
