Protein Frozen Dessert or Shake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs (use pasteurized if possible)
- ½ cup organic cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple sryup
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 4 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 3 oz Greek yogurt
- 2 cups whole milk (optional: replace 1 cup with unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Whisk eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Whisk in evaporated milk, condensed milk, yogurt, milks, collagen, and vanilla
- Chill 1–2 hours.
- Freeze in ice cream maker or freeze and stir every 30–45 minutes until creamy.
