1 cup heavy cream

1/2 pound semisweet chocolate
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
Heat the cream and butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the chocolate, stirring, until it's melted and smooth. Remover from heat and cool to room temperature.
