Alfredo Sauce

 

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
Dash of garlic salt
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powder Parmesan Cheese
*plus grated Parmesan Cheese for sprinkling over final dish, if desired. 

Instructions

In saucepan melt butter and stir in whipping cream. Bring to boil and stir in powder Parmesan cheese; add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Boil on medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Serve with buttered garlic breadsticks.
