Cheesecake (No Bake)


 If you want cheesecake in a hurry this is the recipe to use. Great recipe. Love it! 

Ingredients

Filling:

16 oz cream cheese (room temp)

4 oz cool whip

1 teaspoon vanilla

¾ cup sugar

 

crust:

35 vanilla wafers (crushed)

½ cup pecans (crushed)

5 tablespoons butter (room temp)

With mixer cream the cream cheese and sugar together; add vanilla and cool whip; mix thoroughly. 

 

Place cookies in food processer and blend to fine crumbs; finely chop pecans in processer, stir in cookie crumbs; mix in butter until soft ball forms and then spread into pie plate. Cook for 10 minutes; cool then add filling. Place in refrigerator overnight to set.
